Fresh Cranberry Relish

leighannewooten

This is my favorite Thanksgiving side dish, Raw Cranberry Relish with only 4 ingredients:

  • Cranberries

  • Orange juice and zest

  • Orange liqueur

  • A touch a suga

Simple. Fresh. Light.

A perfect palate cleanser between all those heavier dishes!

Bon Appetit!

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag fresh cranberries (12oz)

  • 1/4-1/2 cup sugar

  • 2 Tbsp Grand Marnier liqueur

  • 1 orange, zested and juiced

Directions:

Place all the ingredients in a food processor, pulse several times to breakdown the cranberries and incorporate the ingredients; it should still be a bit chunky. Adjust sugar to taste. Allow relish to sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes, so flavors can meld.
