Tropical Mango Aloe Smoothie

Looking for a light and refreshing snack, sweet treat, or mocktail? Look no further!


Smoothie? Slushie? I'm not quite sure what to call it, but I can assure you, it hits the spot! Plus it's:


  • Vegan

  • Naturally sweetened

  • Loaded with nutrients

  • Allergen friendly

  • Kid friendly

  • Hydrating


Bon Appetit!



Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cup cold water

  • 1/4 cup frozen aloe cubes (we use Pitaya brand in the freezer section. If you can't find it, you can always sub for a little bit more of any other ingredient.)

  • 1 cup frozen mango

  • 5-6 large fresh mint leaves

  • ~1/4 cup cucumber (buy the Persian or seedless, they have thinner peels and can be blended right up)

  • 1 spear frozen pineapple

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients in the order listed to a high speed blender and blend for 1 minute until completely smooth.
